Love my 8 Track beans! They are a staple in my pantry (and looks pretty hanging out with its beautiful packaging!) I regularly make a black bean salad as a side and/or filling for fajitas and roast chick peas with spices as a snack. I live in the Chicago area and love supporting a local and female owned business!
