Best Noodles for Lasagna!
We made Lasagna this Sunday. Whole family enjoyed and hardly a bite left over. Your pasta is very impressive and delicious. Will definitely buy more ! Highly recommend this pasta!
When making lasagna, both red and white sauce versions, I par boiled the noodles for 4 minutes. Then I rinsed them under luke warm water and they were a gem to work with! Easy to handle without being too thin or breaking apart. They have a handmade-like chew, not at all like a typical boxed, dry lasagna noodle. There are my new go-to lasagna noodles!
