LooHoo is proud to work with farmers in Maine that treat their sheep humanely. They process all their wool in a historic wool mill that supports animal welfare standards and only work with farmers who use the best management practices as established by the USDA. Because LooHoo only uses locally-sourced wool, they're also able to reduce transportation emissions in the supply chain.
LooHoo
LooHoo started with one woman's search for natural laundry alternatives. When founder Cyndi Prince was pregnant, she realized there was a lot more laundry in her future and that there had to be a better, safer way to do it. That's when she ditched the conventional dryer sheets and discovered a way to use wool to get the same results she wanted. With a commitment to using domestic sheep farmers and a lot of practice, eventually these little but super useful wool balls were born.
