Did you know: Wherever bees buzz, their honey will pick up subtle flavor notes. In this case, you'll taste lightly floral, slightly earthy undertones thanks to the alfalfa these bees pollinated. Unlike a buckwheat or tulip honey, Maisie Jane's variety is lighter and milder both in taste and texture. We're fond of swirling it into a cup of tea and drizzling it on flatbread pizza.

delicious

The honey I got was not runny at all, I couldn't even use my honey wand, but the perfect consistency for spreading to where I thought it might be "creamed". I did expect it to be raw so I was a little disappointed that it wasn't.

Love this honey!

I really like this honey as it is local - foothills of CA -and it is wildflower honey. This type of honey has a slightly lower glycemic index and no added sugar. I love the taste!
