How it does good
Conventional cleaning products are usually laden with chemicals that are not only unsafe for our bodies, they're toxic for our environment, too. Meliora takes great care to put our safety and our planet's safety first. They start by sourcing as many ingredients as they can domestically. Those ingredients have gone through rigorous tests to ensure they don't build up in our bodies or in our environment. Meliora also uses bottles with plastic-free lining, and they ship everything in 100% recyclable cardboard and paper (no plastic or styrofoam will be found in their boxes).

The story of Meliora starts with founder Kate studying for her Masters of Environmental Engineering, and questioning what ingredients were going into everyday cleaning products. It became clear that it was hard to be a responsible consumer and to do no harm. After formulating her own vegetable soap and using it to do her own laundry, Kate knew she could offer better products that were rooted in simple ingredients and build a company that was honest about how products are made. She launched Meliora and since then, sustainability and disclosing 100% of the ingredients have been a cornerstone of her brand.

Great cleaning solution, delivers everything it claims. Definitely a space-saver to stock up on. We have quartz counters that don't like lemon and lemon derivatives which are often added to "eco-friendly formulas". This one is completely fragrance-free, so counter-safe, cat-safe and bird-safe. Super easy to dissolve, cleans counters and steel appliances in a snap. Approved by our house cleaner professional:)
