This syrup is harvested and sustainably grown in Jalisco, Mexico, and is Fair Trade Certified. That means the Fair Trade premiums go towards supporting the farming communities that harvest the agave, from their education, to healthcare, to so much more. It's a natural sugar substitute that goes especially great drizzled over strawberries, and even makes for a delicious pancake syrup if you're feeling adventurous.

How to Use

Replace one cup of refined sugar with 3/4 cup of blue agave syrup.
