This super convenient multivitamin comes with select ingredients known for a wide range of health benefits, such as vitamin D3 to support bone health, vitamin K for cardiovascular function, and methylated vitamin B12 for energy levels. Along with 20 vitamins and minerals that come in forms designed for easier absorption, there's also superfoods like chaste tree berry extract and astragalus root extract to provide holistic support.

How to Use

Take one capsule per day with 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. You can take it with or without food.

Recycling

The bottle, seal and cap are recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions. The cotton and desiccant pack should be thrown away for now, but the company is working on a solution.
