The folks at Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve have a loyal customer base (some may call it a cult following). One of these customers, who happens to be an herbalist, reached out to co-founders Ida and Sam, and asked if they'd create a shampoo using special hair-loving herbs. That's how this little bar was born. It's made with three key herbs: nettle, yuca, and wheatgrass, which are believed to help with hair loss. Mixed in there is hydrating coconut and castor oil for thirsty locks. Every time you step into your shower, you'll feel like you're in a garden overflowing with good-for-you herbs and flowers. How refreshing is that?

Ingredients

Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Castor Bean Oil, Organic Palm Oil (Sustainable), Sodium Hydroxide, Organic Raw Apple Juice, Organic Jojoba Oil, Water, Organic Canola Oil, Organic Soapnuts (Aritha), Kaolin Clay, Organic Chamomile, Organic Yarrow, Organic Calendula, Grapefruit Essential Oil, Bergamot Essential Oil, Litsea Cubeba Essential Oil, Lime Essential Oil, Lemon Essential Oil, Organic Rosemary Oil Extract (ROE)

Allergens: Coconut Oil

How to Use

Wet the bar and lather it in your hands. Massage the suds in your scalp, then work them down to your ends. Wash it out and voila! You're on your way to a good hair day. For straight hair, we recommend conditioning with their vinegar rinse.

Recycling
