Details

Who says steak seasoning is just for steak? Definitely not us. You can put this on pork, chicken, or even your favorite vegetarian substitute. The Jacobsen salt brings that signature special sea saltiness to a blend that features a range of spices from fennel seeds to parsley. Add this to the menu next time you fire up the grill.

Ingredients

Sea Salt, Minced Garlic, Coriander Seed, Paprika, Fennel Seed, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flake, Thyme, Parsley

How to Use

Steak is the obvious choice for this seasoning, but feel free to switch things up by adding it to your stews, your tofus, or your grilled veggies.

How it does good

Protecting and supporting local honeybees has been a priority for Jacobsen Salt Co. and Bee Local since the beginning. With the help of like-minded local people, they've been able to rethink their operations and install a full service hive program in Southeast Portland. Jacobsen and Bee Local use a beekeeping practice that centers around scientific research and thoughtful improvements. They also offer educational classes, consulting, and harvesting services.
