This is our go-to for anyone who's craving a cheese puff, but no longer consider themselves a "cheese puff" person. Snack companies haven't always had transparency and control when it comes to production. The people at LesserEvil saw this as a problem to solve. They branched out on their own so they could control the whole process, from ingredients to recipes. They started with sourcing as many ingredients as they could domestically and prioritizing trusted international supply chains. By keeping control over facilities, they've also been able to take on sustainability initiatives. In the factories, they use on demand faucets to reduce water waste and replaced their old light fixtures with eco-friendly LED high bay lighting.

I’m not vegan and these are still WAY good!

First, I regretted buying these. At long last I finally tried these… oh my goodness what a pleasant surprise- they’re delicious! They’re much crunchier than classic puffs but the variety of texture is a fun mix up. They have “that vegan cheese flavor” I can’t put my finger on; there’s an umami note in it. Overall quite good.
