Now, onto some of the ingredients. Willow bark and boswellia have shown to promote head and body comfort. Magnesium is an essential mineral known to increase head comfort and reduce tension. Feverfew has been shown to reduce sensitivity to triggers, and skullcap has been shown to balance the nervous system, promoting feelings of calm.

Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate), White Willow Extract (Bark), Boswellia serrata Extract (Resin), Chinese Skullcap Extract (Root), Feverfew Extract (Aerial). Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (vegetable cellulose), Rice Hull concentrate.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules as needed, up to 6 daily. For best results, take with food.
