How it does good
In early 2000, Matt Koss discovered that his dog was displaying early signs of renal failure. After trying everything to renew her health, he turned to a holistic veterinarian who recommended switching to a bones and raw food based diet—the way animals eat in the wild. Luna's appetite improved drastically, and her energy increased, too. Matt knew he needed to make meals like this accessible for all dogs. So he started Primal Pet Foods. All of the ingredients are sourced with the utmost environmental integrity. Primal also uses all of the nutrient-dense parts of the animal (like the bones) that would otherwise be wasted.
