Sustainable production doesn't always equal sustainable welfare. Cult Crackers is a shining example of a company that begs to differ. As a women-owned, small-batch food producer, they believe in putting people and the planet first. They ensure a living wage for their WOC employees and the teammates they hire from 1951 Coffee, an employee training program that trains refugees to work in food businesses.

Run by friends and co-founders, Birgitta and Dianna, Cult Crackers began out of their shared love for Birgitta's homemade, Swedish crackers. Together, they made sharing them with the world a reality. Determined to build a business that was used as “a force for good,” they're committed to using only the highest quality organic ingredients, hand-mixing and baking crackers daily, and packaging their products in sustainable materials.
