Enzo works with AgMonitor to monitor and improve its water and energy usage, and with WiseConn to enhance its irrigation procedures. They produce all their olive oil in-house, sourcing balsamic vinegar and pesto via small businesses. All of their bi-produce is reused. -

When you're done...
The glass bottle is curbside recyclable. The lid can be recycled curbside, as well, but sorted into a can of the same metal type (you can use a magnet to determine). The plastic pour spout is recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.

Very pleasing
I use this on mostly on fruits and veggies for a change in flavors. This has a mildly sweet taste that is most perfect on strawberries. Just seems to enhance whatever it is on.
