What People Are Saying
- raspberry pieces
The raspberry did not work well with the 85% dark chocolate, there was just not enough sweetness to balance the bitterness, and the tang of the raspberry just clashed with the overall flavor.
If you love extra dark chocolate...
...This might be for you. I liked it a lot, and unlike the other reviewer, I found that the raspberries made it, if anything, a little too sweet for me. So I'll get it sparingly, but I'll definitely be back for more.
Would be better with more raspberry pieces and a slightly sweeter chocolate.
Some would like very dark taste.
Very little raspberry taste came through. If you like mostly very dark bitter chocolate taste it would be perfect. Equal Exchange has strong flavor taste.
Sort of gritty, not what I was expecting. Maybe something like a chocolate raspberry truffle would be better.
