We've always been Team Almond, but this soft, slightly sweet flour alternative brings our support to a whole new level. Made from high-quality, blanched (i.e., without their skins) almonds and ground vigorously into a super-fine, pale golden powder, it has a hint of almond flavor with a whole lot of added texture.

To keep it fresher longer, store this flour in the freezer or fridge.

How it does good

Wheat has been a staple since the early days of civilization, and stone-milling didn't come far behind, rising to prominence in Ancient Rome. Bob's Red Mill

Bob and Charlee met on a blind date in 1952. It was Charlee who first inspired the couple’s whole grain adventure when she decided to create a healthier life for her family by feeding them wholesome, natural foods and whole grains. Charlee was a fixture in the original Bob’s Red Mill store and took on many roles in the early days, including packaging products by hand. Bob immersed himself in the ancient art of stone milling, researching historic mills and contacting dozens of people and companies in his quest to locate millstones and other flour-making equipment.

My go to brand!

I have been purchasing from this company for many years! Their products are high quality and I have never been disappointed. My go to brand for many of the flours, seeds and other ingredients that go in to my gluten free items.
