Sea Salt Pita Chips

Everyone says beer and chips are a classic pairing, but turns out beer makes pretty good chips too. Pita chips, that is. Crafted with recycled "spent" grains from beer-making, and combined with whole wheat flour, these crispy pita chips taste fresh and perfectly salty. We love them with a slice of sharp cheddar, or dipped into cream cheese.

How it does good
Going with the grain
American breweries produce over 1 billion tons of edible food waste that ends up in landfills. Brewer's Crackers takes grain by-product from the beer-making process and upcycles these ingredients into flavorful, delicious crackers and chips. After all, there's no sense in wasting good grain.
When making beer, brewers steep grains, like barley, in water and strain it, keeping the liquid to make beer and discarding the rest. Brewer's upcycles these "spent" grains into their pita chips to reduce food waste.
