They purchase directly from the farm cooperatives in the Dominican Republic and South America, so they can ensure their farmers get the best prices. Their milk and organic cane sugar come from cooperatives in Vermont, and they keep the rest of their ingredients as natural and organic as possible while staying mindful of sustainable and ethical practices. It is smooth and delicious. I used just 3 tablespoons (calorie conscious) with 12 oz of boiling water and it was still rich and full flavored. I am trying to cut back on dairy because of climate impact, but this is a worthy exception.
