How it does good
Cocoa Santé; sources their high quality cocoa using an Equal Partner Direct Buying Program. They purchase directly from the farm cooperatives in the Dominican Republic and South America, so they can ensure their farmers get the best prices. Their milk and organic cane sugar come from cooperatives in Vermont, and they keep the rest of their ingredients as natural and organic as possible while staying mindful of sustainable and ethical practices. By supporting cocoa farms that are owned and operated by small scale farmers, the profits from Cocoa Santé;'s purchases can directly aid area education projects and infrastructure.
