Vegan Sharp & Tangy Cashew Cheesy Sauce
A yummy, drizzly sauce is a thing of joy. We're really happy with the creamy, tangy taste of this cashew cheese sauce. It's not cheese, but it's a dead ringer for a sharp cheddar. Whether you're adding it as a topping or using it as a dip, you'll find yourself always looking for one more bite.

As a vegan I am thrilled with Core and Rind! It's delicious, fulfills my gut brain needs, and is able to be used in so many different ways. I like to dip my quinoa chips in it, straight out of the jar! My favorite is the spicy and bold! Sending a six pack to my vegan twin daughters for Christmas! Thank you Candi and Rita for making this absolutely divine vegan, option. I am hoping for another 6 pack sale so I can get 12 because I go through a jar a week!
My girlfriend and I tried these sauces at the Nashville Vegfest and we've been hooked ever since! I love that this is one of each flavor. Keep it up C and R!
Not bad, but too tangy for me
I was excited to try this, I'm currently off dairy and have been craving sharp cheddar big time. However I think the key word here is "tangy" - the sauce had a tang to it that I couldn't get past... maybe the apple cider vinegar? The texture was great, and it wasn't bad if I mixed in with salsa. But I was looking for something more like a standalone sauce that I could use with veggies or eggs. I do kind of wish I had tried the smoky version instead since I wonder if that would have masked the tanginess a bit. Ultimately I think this is a good product with good ingredients, just sadly not for me.
The best vegan cheese sauce I've had!
I didn't love this... while the texture was great, the flavor wasn't for me. I didn't get much cheese flavor, I was really hoping for something sharp and cheddary to use with veggies & proteins (which I know is a lot to ask from a vegan dip!) but instead all I got from it was "tangy". Not bad when mixed with salsa but ultimately I didn't like it as a stand-alone sauce. I do appreciate the straightforward ingredients list.
