Each year, their products undergo strict organic audits, including herbicide and pesticide tests at their in-house lab. To sweeten their jams, they work with fair-trade certified cane sugar farms that use regenerative farming techniques. This means the sugar is responsibly grown and harvested so that the surrounding land and water are kept clean and free from pollutants.
