How it does good
Lunch boxes that fill bellies with food—not our ocean with plastic
Traditionally, people pack their lunch in paper or plastic bags, tossing them in the trash after a single use. ECOlunchbox, a certified California Green Business, was started to help people reduce their plastic consumption—specifically when they pack food for on-the-go eating. MBA students from the Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco helped ECOlunchbox quantify their positive impact on climate change. The students found that without ECOlunchboxes, more than 47 million pounds of trash would be generated every year.
ECOlunchbox works with responsible stainless steel manufacturers in India, Thailand, and China. All of their partners must sign a strict contract to treat workers fairly.
Learn MoreWhile you can recycle stainless steel lunch boxes, there's no reason to. ECOlunchbox's products can be used endlessly. Product packaging (i.e. shipping boxes) is 100% plastic-free and recyclable, too.
Learn MoreProducing anything causes carbon emissions, even if your product is "sustainable" in nature. To offset their carbon output, ECOlunchbox uses renewable energy and works with a third party to purchase certificates and offsets.

About the Brand
ECOlunchbox
ECOlunchbox was born of the idea that change can begin at lunchtime. The founder wanted to eliminate plastics from kids' lunchboxes to reduce their exposure to the toxins commonly found in such products, as well as do the right thing for Mother Earth. It seemed like a pretty simple concept.

Patty Schniers
Really sturdy. Great size for a lunch.

Great lunch box.
I like this Container but I wish that you made one that was a little smaller. I had a Comfort Loft Lunch box that was the Perfect Size. I liked that size. But they don't make them anymore. And if you made your box out of Titanium' It would be lighter. But I still like your Product.
