Silky smooth and just nutty enough, this creamer from Elmhurst is guaranteed to get you waking up on the right side of the bed. Made with whole-grain oats, it's a low-sugar, no-dairy alternative that adds a touch of something special to every cup of Joe.

Best enjoyed in your favorite sweater. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7-10 days.

Rinse the carton, replace the cap, and recycle the whole thing in your curbside recycling bin. Or, feel free to recycle the cap in your TerraCycle envelope.
These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.

Ingredient Integrity

Elmhurst sources all their nuts, seeds, and grains from North American farmers (except for their cashews). Their oat farmers agree not to use Glyphosate on any of their crops.

Low Carbon Footprint

Because they remove the environmental impact of animal agriculture, greenhouse gases, and heavy land and water use, plant-based foods often have a lower carbon footprint.

Recyclable Packaging

Elmhurst's cartons are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and are 1% curbside recyclable.

Committed to Social Good

Their Mission Transition is rallying others to replace dairy and meat with plant-based alternatives.

How it does good

Dairy production often leads to food waste and negative environmental impacts, not to mention questions about chemical additives and animal welfare. With this in mind, Henry Schwartz reinvented his family dairy, in business for just shy of a century, as a maker of plant-based dairy alternatives. Elmhurst 1925 began with its distinctive HydroRelease™ process, which crafts nutrient-rich, nut, grain, and seed-based milks using only water. And that's not all. Everything Elmhurst makes with this process is either sold or used in other products, meaning zero waste. Their facility is hydro-powered, their plant sources are fully traceable, and their packaging is 100% recyclable.

Elmhurst 1925

When the original Elmhurst Dairy closed its doors in Queens in 2016, Henry Schwartz moved his father’s company to Buffalo and reimagined it to embrace the future of milk: plant-based dairy. Using a game-changing process developed by food technologist Dr. Cheryl Mitchell, Elmhurt 1925 uses more of the source grain, nut, or seed, and the finished product is superior nutrition and flavor with fewer ingredients.
