Berry Olive Real Food Dressing

Whoever said oil and vinegar don’t mix never added syrup. Exotic pomegranate vinegar is a touch of tartness complemented by sweet balsamic vinegar, smooth olive oil, and, yes, sugar-rich maple syrup.
Sustainable goodness
Farmhouse Lab uses traceable, organic ingredients, sourced sustainably and ethically from farmers in its community.
Why we love it
Persephone consigned herself to half a year in the underworld for a few pomegranate seeds, and, after tasting this dressing, we get it. The deep brown of balsamic vinegar with a touch of golden oil on top, each bottle mixes barely sweet, definitely tart pomegranate with Vermont maple syrup for a floral, full-bodied flavor straight out of springtime.

How it does good
Mindfully sourced, mindfully made
Farmhouse Lab has a motto: consciously sourced, consciously crafted. Since 2016, they've been combining the work-with-the-land mindset of the farmhouse with the revolutionary eye on improvement of the lab. Everything they use in their dressings, from oil and produce to packaging and even labels, is traceable to local sources that support farmers and work to improve environmental health. Founder Daniela Kratz noticed that many items in the dressing aisle contain preservatives, artificial flavors, and allergens, and they're rarely sourced with locality or sustainability in mind. Farmhouse Lab is leading the charge in a new direction, providing the ethically-sourced, ethically-manufactured, locally-made products they'd want served in their own homes.

How to use it

Coat veggies, then roast in the oven for a berry-infused glaze that tastes like sunshine on a plate.
When you're done...
Good news! This packaging is 100% curbside recyclable once the glass bottle and metal lid are separated.
These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.
