It's hard to find organic, dried, tart cherries without added sugar or oil. These fit the bill perfectly. I put them in my breakfast muesli that I make with cooked oatmeal, fruits, kefir and yogurt. Yum!

I enjoy snacking on these cherries. They would be great in a salad too, but I just like to eat them by themselves. They are the perfect balance of sweet & sour for me, plus packed full of anti-oxidants. My partner says they are too sour, but I disagree!
