Why we love it

With tomato lauded in Memphis and vinegary mustard craved in Carolina, until now, the only thing BBQ lovers could agree on is that it’s all about the sauce. Combining the bite of apple cider vinegar with spicy mustard and fresh, tart tomatoes, then shaking everything up with a lazy Susan’s worth of spices, this sauce finally ends an age-old debate.
