Once harvested, the ingredients are milled fresh and crafted into pasta using methods that have been perfected over generations. Jovial also chooses sustainable manufacturing practices, like installing solar panels on their warehouse roofs and using fully recyclable or compostable packaging.

Awesome

My grandson can't have gluten and we took him on vacation with us. I made penne with dinner. My Whole family Loved it. It didn't get mushie like other gluten free pasta. Tasted Great.

Not like regular pasta

Hive is a great company, but honestly this pasta is not great. It does NOT taste like regular pasta. It is better than other gluten-free pastas. However, I used it for mac and cheese (so just covered with goodness) and the texture is off. So better than red lentil, corn/pea pasta --but not really worth the calories. (To quote GBBO). I'm going to try the Cassava pasta next.

Paleo Perfect Pasta

Made a paleo recipe with Jovial Penne Pasta…..was delicious and could not tell the difference between regular pasta. Good job Jovial!

Excellent product

I've wanted to give up traditional pasta but missed it! This product was the perfect answer. I've tried other alternative pasta's and threw them out because they were like eating cardboard. However, this rice pasta is just like eating regular pasta and I'm super happy.
