Once harvested, the ingredients are milled fresh and crafted into pasta using methods that have been perfected over generations. Jovial also chooses sustainable manufacturing practices, like installing solar panels on their warehouse roofs and using fully recyclable or compostable packaging.
Jovial sources their ingredients from organic and non-GMO farms throughout Italy. They buy brown rice and cassava flour from local farmers, and their einkorn flours support specialty wheat farmers.
