How to use

If it's your first time drinking kombucha, it's best to consume six to eight ounces of live culture water at a time throughout the day. When you’ve adjusted to the effects and benefits of kombucha, then consume as much as you want. Note: Kombucha is best enjoyed within 3-5 days of opening. Keep refrigerated. After opening, the fizzy essence starts to fade.

Good As A Mixer

I'm afraid I didn't care for this flavor straight up. But when mixed with lemonade or Gatorade it tastes just fine.
