Grapes were the fruit of the gods for a reason, but it goes beyond their juicy taste. When pressed, tiny grapeseeds yield green-colored oil with excellent properties—what we know as grapeseed oil. La Tourangelle's expeller-pressed oil has a light flavor and contains a high level of polyunsaturated fats, known to help lower cholesterol and improve brain function.

All La Tourangelle oils are free of chemicals, gluten, sodium, BPA, and GMOs.

Good news! Rinse the canister and recycle it in a curbside bin. The plastic cap is recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.
These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.

How it does good

Keeping the artisan tradition alive

La Tourangelle's products are crafted locally in California and France using traditional practices and artisan know-how—from sourcing the best ingredients to their small-batch production. Their 150-year-old oil mill helps keep the time-honored traditional production methods alive that honor their artisanal beginning in the Loire Valley of France and retain all the flavors, nutrients, and benefits their ingredients offer. This results in oils that are not only authentic and delicious but also sustainably sourced and made.
