But just because they’re easy to grab doesn’t mean they’re easy on the environment. A standard bag of potato chips uses almost 140 gallons of water, and even veggie alternatives can come with the additional baggage of GMOs and harmful agricultural/production practices. Thankfully, there’s Mozaics. These gluten-free crisps are made from certified organic, non-GMO legumes, like peas and black beans, evident in their high-quality (read: definitely not like cardboard) taste and one-of-a-kind chip patterns.
