A standard bag of potato chips uses almost 140 gallons of water, and even veggie alternatives can come with the additional baggage of GMOs. Thankfully, there’s Mozaics. These gluten-free crisps are made from non-GMO legumes, like peas and black beans, evident in their high-quality (read: definitely not like cardboard) taste and one-of-a-kind chip patterns.
