They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So why are so many cereals loaded with less-than-healthy ingredients? Nature's Path believes great taste and better ingredients should be par for the course. Their Heritage Flake cereal might be their best option yet. Ancient grains flakes have the fiber you need and flavor you crave. Once you add a creamy dairy or non-dairy milk, it's game over. Or should we say game on for another bowl?

How it does good

In our fast-paced culture, it's important to have an easy breakfast on hand, but that doesn't mean the food itself should cut corners. Nature's Path knows the importance of nourishing people and limiting environmental impact. Their breakfast cereal, oatmeals, and granola are made with USDA-certified organic ingredients grown in North America. All of these suppliers are certified through third parties that take a magnifying glass to their process. Nature's Path doesn't stop at nourishing your family, either. Through their Eat Well Do Good program, they serve healthy, organic food to those who don't have access to it. So every item you buy is helping to feed undernourished communities.

I enjoyed this cereal and it is high praise when I say it did not give me heartburn as most foods do.

Great cereal

I love this cereal. I used to buy it from Whole Foods, where they price it a couple bucks more. So, I'd rather get it from Hive. It's got great texture and adding some dried blueberry and chia seed to it makes it a great breakfast for us. Thank you Hive for keeping the price fair, as I will continue to buy it from you.
