One Mighty Mill

There's almost nothing like a crunchy, salty, classic pretzel. And when you add "stone-milled" and "satisfying" to the description, it's pretty irresistible.

Sustainable goodness

One Mighty Mill uses grains from organic, sustainable farms and mills them locally.

Why we love it

These are the pretzels you remember from your childhood snack bowl—but better. Twists and turns of classic, crunchy goodness meet the simple joy of just the right pinch of salt. Each one dares you to find a new and exciting dip to pair it with. Sweet? Salty? Cheesy? Or maybe you want to keep them plain. Either way, you'll have to keep refilling your bowl.

How it does good

Making wheat sustainable and healthy again

Modern industrial mills leave our bread and baked products stripped of fiber, vitamins, and minerals in order to make them last longer on shelves. One Mighty Mill is on a mission to change all that. With a return to the ancient practice of milling wheat by stone, its founders Olinto and Tony Rosenfeld set out to make baked food that both tastes better and is better for you. And through their partnerships with nearby organic farms, they're working to revive a system of wheat growers that are dedicated to local, all-natural farming, healthier grains, and stronger communities.

  • responsible sourcing

One Mighty Mill builds direct relationships with organic farmers. It all started with one farm in Linneus, Maine. Today, over 85% of their wheat is from nearby farms in Maine, and 100% of their wheat is organic and preservative-free.
  • supporting key causes

"To help bring healthier meals to kids in their area, One Mighty Mill partnered with public schools in Boston and Lynn, MA, where they're based, to provide organic bagels and tortillas for school lunches. With a focus on community-building in their area, One Mighty Mill offers discounted food to residents of Lynn, MA. Lynn residents make up more than half of their bakery team and over 80% of their entire staff are women."

About the Brand

One Mighty Mill

One Mighty Mill

The founders of One Mighty Mill started their company after asking themselves this question: “Why hasn't flour gone from farm to table?” Flour has gone under the radar among the other products that strive to work towards the farm-to-table transparency. They built their own mill because they wanted to normalize eating wheat again. The wheat that we eat today is nowhere as healthy as it should be.

Pretty dry

Not my favorite pretzels, they left my mouth feeling pretty dry and the flavor didn't come through as much as I hoped.

Tasty but not quite the flavor of pretzels. More bready. Was happy to see they are made from whole wheat so will probably buy again.
