Why we love it

Why do root veggies make such a perfect chip? They're sturdy and they crisp up like a champ. This bag from One Potato Two Potato is made with a variety of delectable, earthy veggies like sweet potato, taro, and yuca. When they're pulled from the oven, they're sprinkled with big flakes of pink Himalayan salt. Drool. We love dipping them in french onion dip or guac, but they're just as craveable by themselves.

How it does good

Chipping away at environmental impact, one potato at a time

One Potato Two Potato is a family-run company in Berks County, Pennsylvania. They make their chips from potatoes grown on local and regional farms and manufacture everything on-site at their plant. This helps them keep transit times down and in turn their carbon footprint low. One Potato's manufacturing facility is also zero-waste and landfill-free. That means they send over 200 tons of trash annually to a local incinerator where it can be turned into energy.

  • responsible sourcing

Potatoes and root veggies are sourced from regional farms. One Potato ensures that all vendors they work with meet strict quality standards.
  • low carbon footprint

One Potato has a zero-waste, landfill-free manufacturing model. They keep over 200 tons of waste out of the landfill every year.
  • Certified Non-GMO

How to use it

Dip 'em in homemade guac or munch on them straight from the bag.

When you're done...

The bag is recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.

These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.

Tasty treat

So delicious, so crunchy, but a little smashed and crumby. My three year old loves these; I have to sneakily eat these so she doesn't know. I really appreciate that you can actually taste a difference between each root veggie variety.
