    How to use

    Soak the crumbles in 2 cups of water for 3 minutes. Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbles and water to the pan, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the moisture is absorbed.

    Delicious and versatile

    I like the plant crumbles for a meat substitute, although you will definitely want to add seasonings to the plain/unseasoned package. It was easy to prepare and I added black beans, salsa, cumin, cilantro, spinach and pepper. I then used for tacos, burritos, and nachos. Next time I'll order a few of the already seasoned options just to compare.
