Fighting climate change from the kitchen

When food is wasted, that means all the resources that went into growing it are also wasted. Renewal Mill creates upcycled ingredients from places in the food system where nutrition is lost, starting with the byproducts of plant-based milk production, which include soybean, almond, and oat pulp. They dry and mill these pulps to make ingredients that are rich in fiber and protein, and have a smaller impact on the environment. (Yep, from pulp. Who knew?)
