Sea Salt Beet Chips
6 reviews

Pleasantly pinkish and cranberry-colored beets have always been a staple of stews and salad bars, but these chips cast them in a whole new role. Dehydrated to a simple, melt-on-your-tongue crispness, each round is tender, dainty, and slightly sweet. We can't get enough (but we're willing to share).

How it does good
Turning up the volume on sustainable practices
In the U.S., one in six people are hungry. That’s an issue Rhythm Superfoods is out to address. By donating volunteer hours and products to their local food bank, they’re making food more accessible to those who need it. They also partner with a neighborhood school, made up of 90% low-income students, to grow fruits and vegetables in a community garden. Beyond their backyard, Rhythm holds its Mexico-based suppliers to strict standards, making sure all employees receive a living wage. And it’s not just people they're helping out. Rhythm follows regenerative agricultural and manufacturing practices that do right by the land through erosion-slowing cover crops, reusable shipping containers, and smart irrigation systems.
Rhythm's "sustainability scorecard" rewards biodiversity-enhancing practices, like crop rotation, USDA-certified pest management, and soil sampling, and they're committed to helping partners achieve higher scores. The score also cites fair wages and safety regulations.
Learn MoreRhythm volunteers over 120 hours to Central Texas Food Bank, which is more than 20,000 meals served. Through a community garden project with St. Elmo Elementary School, they're educating students on healthy eating habits and plant growth. Their founders also work with developing Austin-based companies to provide mentorship and entrepreneurial training.
Learn MoreBy the end of 2021, they’ll claim 15% solar power, 15% growth of their water recycling program, and a 5% reduction of their carbon footprint. They’re working to build on these numbers in every year to come.

Rhythm Superfoods
Rhythm Superfoods believes a positive mind, eating right, and staying active are the keys to health and happiness. Superfoods are their passion, and all-good snacking is their mission. Their journey began with a simple concept: when you need a snack, you deserve delicious, nutrient-dense options that are all-good for your body. They started experimenting with air-crisped Kale Chips in the kitchen of The Daily Juice, a little juice bar in Austin, Texas. Rhythm's original products were so popular, they started making new ones, because they believe all snacks should be good, not just "less bad."

Can’t beat these beets!
Loved the cauliflower bites until I tried the beets…..now beets my favorite!

Great!!!!
Some of the best chips I have ever had. Taste like beets. Giant crunch and they are a very clean food.

Great healthy snack
Love it. We love the Buffalo flavored cauliflower as well.

If you like beets, you’ll like these
I would give this a 2-3 stars for taste. But it’s healthy, organic and has a lot of fiber, so I bumped up the score. This tastes like a slice of dried beet with salt. It’s not terrible, it’s just not great. I personally prefer a thinner chip. My kids tried it and said “meh”. My husband has a couple (he likes beets) and said they were okay. I ate the rest of the bag. It was interesting to try, but I wouldn’t actively seek this out the way these are.

OMG Sooo Good
I absolutely love these beets! My husband apparently loved them more because he secretively ate them all behind my back!
