    In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add risotto, reduce heat, and cook at a gentle boil uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 7 minutes. Stir and serve immediately. Enjoy!

    Really good

    I really like the creamy texture being vegan it’s hard to get.

    chalky, bland but easy

    this took longer to prepare then the instructions indicated. It had a chalky texture. The taste was ok but was missing something. roommate added salt to it and said it made it passable. I added Tia Lupitas Salsa Verde and that made it better. I would buy again only because of how relatively easy it was to prepare.
