Rigatoni Semolina Pasta

Simmer this wheat rigatoni, cover it in your most crave-worthy sauce and voila! You're minutes from a delicious dinner that'll be devoured in minutes.
Sustainable goodness
Semolina puts our planet first—from sourcing organic wheat to limiting landfill waste.
Why we love it
It's nearly impossible to mess up this rigatoni. Just keep a close eye on it, because we're firmly on team al dente. The delicious, perfectly-chewy pasta comes from Semolina, a woman-owned company that sources their organic wheat from American farms around the midwest. Despite their local roots, the finished product tastes more like Milan than Montana.

How it does good
From harvesting to manufacturing, Semolina puts our planet first
Semolina is dedicated to sustainable farming and manufacturing for their one-of-a-kind pastas. They source organic durum wheat from ethically and environmentally responsible American farms (mostly in Montana and North Dakota) and hand-craft their pastas in Los Angeles. They’re also actively seeking to partner with small mills and growers who use regenerative practices. This helps soil recoup between growing seasons so it can sequester more carbon. Off the farm, Semolina keeps their environmental activism strong. They only send a few bags of flour and a cup and a half of dough to the landfill each day. This helps them keep their carbon footprint low.
-
responsible sourcing

recyclable packaging
Pasta packaging is recyclable (aside from the plastic window in their boxes, which can be sent to TerraCycle). -
low carbon footprint
Semolina's near zero-waste manufacturing and U.S.-sourced ingredients help keep their carbon footprint low.
How to use it

Use in a cold pasta salad or hot and smothered in homemade sauce. You can't go wrong if your rigatoni game is this strong.
When you're done...
Send the plastic window to TerraCycle and place the cardboard box in your curbside recycling bin.
These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.
