The Garza family has many memories of cooking hundreds (hundreds!) of these cookies in the kitchen with their Grandma Campos before every sibling's wedding. These were one of the first sweets they reimagined to be grain-free and dairy-free, so they could continue to bake the beautiful memories associated with the Mexican wedding cookie. Made with a blend of almond flour, pecans, powdered sugar, and cinnamon, they come in a resealable bag, making stealing from the ""cookie jar"" a lot easier.
