Extremely healthy alternative
This Simple Mills banana bread mix would be great for anyone on a keto diet or diet in general. It contains very few ingredients (I posted a pic of them below), so you know exactly what your eating. Unfortunately most people like myself, have gotten so use to fast food and food that contains preservatives and unhealthy (sometimes cancer causing) ingredients,or a lot of salt. This baking mix is 10000% natural and good for you. I only gave it a 3 star rating because I didn't care for the taste, but as I said this is most likely due to the fact that I am so use to the taste of unhealthy, preservative containing foods. I am going to begin eating healthier to acquire my natural taste buds back for all natural foods. It is so backwards for people to acquire a taste for such unhealthy/nasty tasting items in today's world.

Overall ,the Banana Muffin Almond Flour mix was ok. It is definitely worth trying out if you are looking for a different or healthier option for muffins. it has decent flavor unlike some almond flour mixes.
Wanted to love these
I really wanted to love these, the mix smelled amazing and it especially smelled amazing while baking but when they were done I was kind of left disappointed, They just donít have the flavor/moistness I was looking for and I followed the instructions to a T. My 5 year old son seems to love them though so at least someone does! I also really wish it had nuts in it, I think that would have improved the flavor but the almond flour is also what I think tampers the flavor a bit.
