Just okay
I would be willing to try again, it felt like it would be an acquired taste. It would be worth it to see, considering it is better for you than the sugary cake/muffin mixes that are everywhere. Maybe Iíll try a different variety. Ultimately, try it for yourself!
Ok muffins
When making the batter, it was much more runny than other batters I've made. I did use farm fresh eggs but shouldn't have made much of a difference. I have a gas oven and they were perfectly cooked after 15 minutes. They stuck to the wrappers after letting them cool. The flavor was ok. My opinion was it could have used a bit more chocolate. In some we did add chocolate chips which helped a bit.
Good just not my cup of tea
The taste was pretty good just different from what I am use too. Texture is a little different but I am use to regular flour. My kids liked it so we will definitely try it again and maybe some other products
