I enjoy Simple Mills Just Add Water Almond Flour Original pancakes. Like it's title simple to prepare, delicious and tasty for my dietary needs. A bit pricey unless free s/h is included. I highly recommend the pancakes for a Paleo diet.

Great gluten-free alternative
My mother is gluten-free so Iím always looking for alternative options for her when she comes over to watch my kids. This one was a new one we hadnít tried and it was enjoyed both kids and adults. Pancakes tasted great and looked just like regular pancakes.
