So, they took a fruity single-origin cacao truffle from Peru (TCHO's Born Fruity) and coated it in a fudgy single-origin dark chocolate shell from Ghana (TCHO's Holy Fudge) to create the combos of all chocolate combos. Blended in harmony, Dark Duo lets your tastebuds truly experience the best of both flavors.

Rethinking how we make chocolate

TCHO was born over 15 years ago out of a shared vision to reimagine the world of chocolate, from the ground up. They go beyond just purchasing cacao from origins; they also partner with farmers and invest in their resources, so they can co-create better cacao, together. TCHO makes all their chocolate at their state-of-the-art factory (like Willy Wonka, but better) in Berkeley, California, and is always looking for new ways to use their business to better the world through chocolate.

And it's not just about the quality and taste of the cacao beans; it's how they're grown, harvested, roasted, and moved along every point along the supply chain—beginning to end and everything in between. A highlight of the TCHO Source program is the TCHO Flavor Lab, a mini bean-to-bar chocolate-making lab where farmers can take cacao beans they grow and make chocolate from them on the spot. When a partner farmer hits TCHO's high standards on quality, they pay the farmer a TCHO Quality Premium on top of the fair trade and organic premiums they already pay.
