So what is allulose exactly? It's a sugar found in figs, raisins, and kiwi, and it's known for having no glycemic impact on blood sugar. It doesn't contain any fillers or artificial flavors. Just good, clean sweetness with no weird or bitter aftertaste. It also dissolves easily, and blends well in coffee and tea.
