Details

Ok, so contrary to the name, this sugar doesn't actually come from coconuts. It actually comes from tapping the sweet nectar of the tropical coconut palm tree flower. The juice is dried in a large open kettle drum and condensed into delicious, sugary magic. It's great for baking, but you can also use it to prepare sauces, add flavor to your Asian dishes, or even sweetening up your morning coffee.

Ingredients

Organic Coconut Palm Sugar.

How to Use

One cup of organic coconut palm sugar converts to one cup of refined light brown sugar.
