It's a good thing this honey comes in a squeeze bottle, because otherwise we'd always be licking the spoon. It has a distinct butterscotch essence, with a fine, smooth texture that goes like a dream drizzled on top of warm biscuits, or mixed into hot tea. It's hand-harvested from hives in South America, far from exposure to GMOs or other pollutants. It's also Fair Trade Certified, meaning it supports the beekeeping communities that harvest the honey.
