Talk about wholesome. This confectioners' sugar is made from organic sugarcane hand-harvested in South America. It's Fair Trade Certified, meaning it directly helps support the farming communities that grow and harvest the sugarcane. There's absolutely no cornstarch, too. Instead, it's blended with organic tapioca starch for a more premium texture.
