They are independently certified by Safe Cosmetics Australia's Toxic-Free guidelines. Koala Eco's products do not contain ingredients on Hive's No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.
To avoid the creation of new plastic, Koala Eco uses 100% recycled plastic in their curbside recyclable bottles.

Founders Jessica Bragdon and Paul Davidson started Koala Eco in 2017 with a mission to bring eco-friendly, non-toxic products that really work into every home. Inspired by their children, they created a line of personal care and cleaning products that deliver the power of national brands without any of the chemicals or unhealthy ingredients. Their plant-based line was developed with specialist chemists and is infused with the essential oils of their native Australia.
